The women had jumped into a well near their college leaving behind a note that blamed the institution’s chairperson and management.
The young women were undergraduate students. They have been identified as second-year students V Priyanka, T Monisha and E Saranya. They allegedly tied themselves together with a dupatta (scarf) and jumped into a farm well near the college. Police claim to have recovered a suicide note which allegedly blames the college management and in particular it’s chairperson. They have registered cases of extortion, cheating and abetting suicide.
However, Sardesai thought to provoke The Union HRD minister over this issue. But he didn’t know what was in the store for him, as the social active Minister retorted back stating that the issue was an internal matter of the state of Tamil Nadu, and Union HRD has nothing to do with it.
However, she was quick-witted to even say that Sardesai would always want to find a reason to pin her down on a personal front. The twitter battle continued for a few more tweets and the Twitterati started taking stands for and against Sardesai.
