Thoughts:

The phone comes in two variants in India. An 8 GB model with 1 GB RAM for 11,999 Rs. /- and a 16 GB model with 2 GB RAM for 12,999 Rs. /-. Which we think is the best value for money considering the 13 MP rear camera (Which Motorola claims is the same one that is used in Nexus 6!) and the waterproof IPX7 certification. We personally feel that the Moto G 2015 is the cheapest waterproof smartphone that you can buy. And if you’re planning get the phone, it’ll be a better option to spend a 1000 Rs. /- more and go for the 16 GB model.

One more thing that we feel that you’d love is the cool additional software that Motorola provides with it’s smartphones. As a Moto X user, I feel the Moto Display and Moto Assist are the best features that you could ask for in a smartphone! So, Motorola did a great job in introducing these features in the Moto G too.

The phone also comes with various colors of back covers, which is really cool! So, once again Motorola has played it safe with the 3rd Gen. Moto G with everything under control including the price. We think the Moto G 2015 is the best smartphone that you could buy for below 15,000 Rs. /-. The phone is available in India through Flipkart.
