For those who are still not aware of the Motorola event that happened on 28th we would like to inform that the classic Moto G is back in an all new water resistant form. But we are really dissappointed with Motorola, which also had events in London, Sao Polo and New York City on the same day and released 3 new smartphones. The Moto X Style, Moto X Play and the Moto G 2015.

Thoughts: As you could see, these are some impressive numbers. Motorola claims that they somehow managed to get the camera right. Even the photography website DP reviews has given 83 out of 100, only after Samsung Galaxy S6’s score of 86, as pointed out by Motorola. But, we will have to wait and see when the phone goes to the hands of our tech geeks!
A few debates over the battery size of Moto X Style considerably being lower than the Moto X Play. We also feel that 3000 MAh is little less for a QHD Display. However Motorola claims that the phone will have 24 hours of mixed usage, and it also has the Turbo charging, and claimed to be the fastest charging device till date.
Price and Release date in India:
The Moto X Style will be releasing in September in 60 countries and the Moto X Play will be releasing in August, for now it’s announced for Europe, Canada and Brazil. The Moto X Play will not be available in the US. Motorola gave a hint by saying that there is something else to come in the US. But both the Moto X Style and Moto X Play have no information regarding the release in India. Motorola India only has the 2015 Moto G listed in their site along with the Moto X 2014 and Moto Turbo.
However, we feel that there will be a phone which will be releasing in India soon may be in August or September, it can be Moto X Style or Moto X Play. We’ll have to wait and see. But, as far as we know, both these devices are going to be the best Android Devices that you could buy. The Moto X Style is far more better than the OnePlus Two in terms of Quality and Design. Considering the extremely competitive pricing from Motorola, it’s going to be a best buy!
Now coming to the price in India, the Moto X Style costs about 399$ in the US, which we expect will be around Rs. 25,000 /- in India. The Moto X Play’s price hasn’t been revealed yet. But, we expect it to be priced about 300$ which will be less than Rs. 20,000/- in India.
Verdict: The last year’s Moto X 2014 was one of the best Android devices when it was released. But the camera and Battery ruined the reputation, and it was also overpriced at Rs. 32,000/- in India during the release. So, this time if the camera is as good as it is claimed by Motorola, with the similar pricing in India, Motorola will once again prove their presence in the country!
