Detoxifying Cucumber-Brahmi and Orange juice

Raw vegetable and fruit juices are helpful in restoring our health. One can include this juice in the early morning with an empty stomach, after working out or walking. This juice has coolant of cucumber, vitamin C rich Orange and memory enhancer Brahmi. Over all it is filled with all the nutrients.

Now we will see how I do this:

Ingredients:

Cucumber – ½

Brahmi leaves – ¼ cup

Orange -1 small

Ginger powder – ½ tsp.

Water – 1 cup

Salt – ¼ tsp.

Any Sweetener – (if u need) I am using very little sugar free natura.

 

Method:

-Grate cucumber with skin attached.

-blend Cucumber, Brahmi, orange segments, water, ginger powder, and salt. If needed add any form of sugar and churn nicely.

-Sieve this mixture and collect juice. Garnish with chopped basil leaves. Your nutrition rich, power packed juice is ready, to kick start your day.
