8 smart ways to use waste plastic bottles, which you thought you can use only as a water bottle!

Are you one of those types who don’t like to throw bottle after drinking the juice? Many people throw plastic bottles everywhere, from outside compound to railway stations, from highway side to mountain peaks, from theaters to parks plastic bottles have become a serious problem. It is a very common sight for we Indians to spot the ‘dead’ bottles murdered by the people after sucking its juice out. Here there are some simple methods to convert waste bottles for useful purposes.

  1. To store open chips packet, dal air tight.
    Don’t have steel vessels/ Tupperware boxes to store grains? Can’t roll the plastic bag and knot it perfectly like how shopkeeper does it? Plastic bottles can be very useful at this time.

  • As a simple sprinkler to your garden
    Everybody loves beautiful garden in front of their house? But watering them is a tedious task. SO here is a useful hack you can do with the plastic bottle by making 10-20 holes connecting pipe to neck of the bottle. Here is your new sprinkler! Fix two tyres you can make it portable too!

  • As a scoop
    Want to play with sand/mud but don’t want your hands to get dirty? Cut a plastic bottle and use it as a scoop!

  • As a mosquito trapper
    All you need is 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 gram of yeast and a plastic bottle. Cut the bottle half and prepare a trap as shown in the picture below. Mix 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 gram of yeast and put it inside the bottle trap and keep it. Since this combination emits carbon dioxide, mosquitoes will be attracted to the trap and fall into the trap.
