Moto G and Moto X 2015 Everything we know

Motorola has sent their invitation for their event in London and New York on 28th July 2015 for the announcement of their products Moto G 2015 and Moto X 2015 and possibly the next generation of the most beautiful android wear yet, the Moto 360.

Both Moto G and Moto X 2015 are expected to have water resistant technology, as you could see from the ads below.

Moto G 2015: The leaked images and specs shows that the Moto G 2015 is yet again going to be a winner. Everything from design to the specs sounds appealing if it fulfills the little problems that the previous model has, like battery life and camera.

Alleged Specs:

Display: 5 inches full HD(1080p) display

Camera: 13 MP rear and 5 MP front

Memory: 8/16 internal and 2 GB RAM

Software: Android Lollipop 5.1.1

Battery: 2470 MAh

Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 410/615 (we’re not sure of the processor yet!)

So there you go, everything sounds appealing for an expected price of 13,000 /- Rs.

Moto X 2015: The Moto X 2nd generation, which was one of the best Android devices when announced is almost a year old now. So, it’s time for Moto X 2015. Probably 2 Moto X’s of different sizes according to the rumours.

Moto X 2015 Specs:

Size: 5.2 and 5.7 inches QHD Displays

Camera: 16 MP rear and 5 MP front

Processor: Snapdragon 808/ Snapdragon 810

Memory: 16/32 internal with 3/4 GB RAM

Battery: 3280 MAh

Software: Android Lollipop 5.1.1

The last year’s Moto X was a winner except for the battery and camera issues. If Motorola learns from their mistakes quickly and fixes these issues, the Moto X 2015 will give a tough fight to the OnePlus Two and Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Thoughts: The ads from Motorola India suggests that both the devices should be water resistant and they also give a hint on camera and battery life. Let’s wait till 28th and see what we’re gonna get.
