But the rugged back makes this device look hard and the metal frame is solid, and yeah we still love the dimple on the back. The OnePlus Two has the same sand-back like the OnePlus One with a metal frame. The front firing speakers make the Moto X Play looks complete.

Performance: The OnePlus Two with no doubts is a clear winner here. The Snapdragon 810 is capable for anything you want to do with your phone. The Moto X Play is running with Snapdragon 615 under the hood. Which should be okay if you’re an average smartphone user with less gaming.

Software:

OnePlus Two comes with their own version of Android Lollipop 5.1 with OxygenOS 2.1 on top. Which is similar to the pure Android experience on the Motorola. Both Motorola and OnePlus does a similar job, giving little but very useful features that can actually improve the user experience rather than filling your storage with bloatware like Samsung and LG.

Motorola has a clear edge when it comes to software. The Moto Display and Moto Voice can be a deal breaker some hardcore fans. Even the Moto Assist and Moto Actions are very useful. They make our lives easier. The OxygenOS OnePlus Two is no mean feet either. It is highly customizable, an experience which is very close to Android M and it is getting better with every update.

Camera: Motorola has never been good with cameras on their devices. But they promised that they’ve done better this time. Well, reasonably. The Moto X Play has a significantly better camera than the previous Moto Xs, but it’s not there yet. The camera performs well in good lighting conditions. But low light photography is a far cry. The Moto X Style has a much better camera in the low light, hail Phase Detection Auto Focus.

OnePlus Two, on the other hand, has done a lot of hard work, and so they have done it. There’s no doubt here that the OnePlus Two has much better overall camera performance.

Battery Life: The one thing every smartphone user has been crying for is the battery life on their phones. The Moto X Play is built just for that. The 3630 MAh battery will easily see through a day and a half. With a likely Android M update, the phone could be a winner in terms of battery. OnePlus Two on the other hand, also has a huge battery of 3300 MAh, which could see through a day with ease. But, there’s no doubt the Moto X Play is a clear winner when the battery is concerned.

Availability and Price in India: Getting a OnePlus Two right now is as close to winning a jackpot. The so-called improved invite system is almost the most hated trend of marketing right now. The OnePlus Two costs Rs. 24,999/-. in India.
