Times Now Mumbai Bureau Chief Megha Prasad was pursuing the story of ‘Cash for Votes’ controversy of Karnataka MLAs who are currently staying in a hotel in Mumbai. When she questioned the Karnataka MLA Ashok Kheny about why he was staying in the hotel along with 11 other MLAs. The business tycoon replied back with an abusive and unparliamentary language.
This has given rise to a series of reaction from the media and the people, slamming the language of Mr. Kheni. Times Now Editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami, has promptly risen to the defense of his colleague at Times Now and the channel’s Mumbai bureau chief, Megha Prasad. The video of which has been duly circulated after being broadcast on the channel, in which Arnab can be seen demanding a letter of apology from Kheny for his public impropriety, which too has been caught on camera and repeated uncut on Times Now.
