Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan debuted in Late Show with David Letterman in 2005 for the promotion of her Hollywood movie “Bride and Prejudice”. Mr. Letterman, who is known for his questions which will embarrass his guests did not even spare the Bollywood diva.
At one point of the interview, he asks her, “Is it common in India to live with their parents?” for which she shot back with a witty answer, “we don’t have to take appointments to have dinner with our parents,” which got a lot of audience applause.
Overall we can say that the interview was average, but the Mangalorean has nailed it pretty much. Isn’t it?
