10. Bannerghatta
Bannerghatta – 30 Kms away from Bangalore and a perfect weekend getaway spot for the family. Especially if you have young kids, then they would be amazed by sighting some animals in wild (Not literally but at least out of cages if you go for safari) Safari gives a chance to see tigers, lion, bear, wild buffalo etc. The butterfly park is one which you should probably not miss. A dome with a small garden, with some artificial flowers too but real butterflies.. 🙂 A few hundred butterflies available to see and capture. Kids would love to spend some time here.
Most of the time, we ignore the most beautiful flowers in our own garden. So is the case with these places. So close to the city yet hardly visited..!!!
