Seems like India is not a place for Khans these days. May it be Aamir, whom all the ad companies have deserted, or be it Shah Rukh whose Dilwale had to face the heat of opposition. Now again The King khan is in the news.
Remember the “Mardo wali fairness cream“? The Emami fair and handsome!! I had tried it wanting to get a “Gora face”. I didn’t become fairer anyways. But I just left it there. But not everyone is as forgiving as me, at least, Nikhil Jain from Delhi wasn’t.Nikhil had bought Fair and handsome cream on October 08, 2012 in a hope of becoming fair and handsome.
He thought he would be fairer in 3 weeks. That’s what the cream and Shahrukh had promised. But he obviously neither became fair nor handsome. This left him in a state of “HUGE MENTAL TRAUMA”. He wasn’t going to let this trauma stay with him. He lodged a complaint in the district consumer disputes redressal forum in Delhi over the “Unfair trade practice” The case went for 2.5 years. But the court verdict put a huge penalty of 15 lakhs on Emami for its unfair business practices.
Kids outside the court were heard saying, If life gives you a NIKHIL make it a Nikhil Jain, and not a Nikhil Wagle!
